Asta Baumöller, Cert. Des.
Asta is a multi-award-winning certified designer and experienced specialist in strategic people, digitalisation and creative topics. Her expertise includes certifications as a Design Sprint Facilitator, Framer Expert and Digital Transformation Manager. She is a Perplexity Business Fellow and has trained extensively in Artificial Intelligence at prestigious institutions such as Stanford and Imperial College London, focussing on the business implications of AI and its creative application.
Nicola Meuter
Nicola was the managing partner of a
successful advertising film production company for over 25 years. Today she works as a IHK-certified coach for managers and personal coach and has trained in various areas such as hypnosis coaching and communication psychology.
Her holistic approach aims to develop the potential of individuals and teams and help them achieve greater satisfaction and energy.
Birgit Schmidt-Vogel, M.A.
Birgit obtained her Master's degree in Communication Science, Psychology and German Studies at the University of Essen in 2003. She also completed a systemic coaching training programme at the Heidelberg University of Education and various further training courses in group dynamics, rhetoric, psychodrama and business storytelling. With 16+ years of workshop and coaching experience, her focus today is on personnel and organisational development.
Alexander De Baptistis
Alexander is an organizational development consultant and future scout. He supports companies in transformation processes, optimizes value chains and promotes innovation as a driving force for progress. As a navigator of change, he creates effective framework conditions that enable teams and organizations to proactively develop future skills. With an open mind, he creates spaces for experimentation in order to use change as an opportunity - for a desirable, sustainable world.
Susanne Weller, M.A.
Susanne advises companies, institutions and individuals on strategic storytelling, positioning and transformation. Her focus is on solutions
from the circular economy, sustainability, DeepTech and Industry 4.0. Susanne's expertise is based on more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur as well as various study programmes and further training: Master of Arts, certified systemic coach, environmental manager, M.Sc. in spe, Future Modelling Practitioner.
Birgit Baier
As a transformation expert, Birgit combines strategy, innovation, technology and data expertise to create holistic, sustainable solutions. With more than 25 years of international experience, she supports both corporations and SMEs in digitalisation, innovation and sustainable change. Her expertise is based on certifications in Artificial Intelligence (Berkeley Haas) and Circular Economy & Sustainability Strategies (Cambridge Judge Business School).
